Meera is an assiduous and dedicated Talent Manager with a strong history in leading and motivating graduate and experienced resource teams to deliver on all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, candidate selection, interviews and assessment centres. Working with high profile organisations such as Balfour Beatty, Johnson & Johnson and Heineken, Meera has helped to shape and develop their emerging talent frameworks as well as offering innovative & strategic solutions to help engage, grow & diversify their emerging talent populations.
Meera holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University (CIPD accredited) and a first class honours degree in Business Management at Aston University.
